German fund manager Hansainvest announced shortly before Christmas that it has acquired an office building in Paris for EUR 106 mln from GE Capital Real Estate France. The 12,380-m[sup]2[/sup] property is located at Place des Vins de France in the Bercy district of the French capital.
German fund manager Hansainvest announced shortly before Christmas that it has acquired an office building in Paris for EUR 106 mln from GE Capital Real Estate France. The 12,380-m2 property is located at Place des Vins de France in the Bercy district of the French capital.
Hansainvest said that 30% of the leaseable space is occupied by the Ministry of Finance. About 60% of the space is leased to semi-state bodies. The office building is being contributed to one of Hansainvest's special funds.
