German investor Hansainvest has acquired the Holiday Inn hotel at Gateway Gardens in the vicinity of Frankfurt Airport from a joint venture of Munich Hotel Invest and Münchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger in a share deal worth €45 mln.
German investor Hansainvest has acquired the Holiday Inn hotel at Gateway Gardens in the vicinity of Frankfurt Airport from a joint venture of Munich Hotel Invest and Münchner Grund Immobilien Bauträger in a share deal worth €45 mln.
The hotel, which is expected to open its doors in third quarter of 2016, provides 12,000 m2 across 288 rooms, a conference area and 50 parking spots in an underground car park.
Primestar Hospitality, the franchisee for the Holiday Inn brand of the Intercontinental Hotels Group, has leased the hotel facility under a 20 year contract.
