YIT Construction has sold the third stage of Koskelo Trade Park in the Finnish city of Espoo to German fund, Hanseatische Investment.

The transaction was completed as the closing terms of the sales agreement signed in 2008 were met. After this transaction, Hansainvest will own the property in its entirety.

Koskelo Trade Park includes three buildings, which were constructed in stages between 2006 and 2009. Several tenants will be located in each building. The companies to move into the third stage building that will be completed this week are Sika Finland, Nilfisk-Advance, Barfix and Finn-Gamec.

YIT said it would also expand the Trade Park concept to the adjacent plot, where small companies will benefit from space and service solutions that are usually only available to large companies. The companies, YIT said, could include office and commercial space in connection with their warehouse.
