Completed in 2010, the scheme was developed by Dutch builder OVG and delivered to SWIP. It provides around 10,300 m2 of office accommodation and 97 underground parking spaces. The asset is leased with a 14.5-year term to transport group Rotterdamse Elektrische Tram, a fully-owned unit of the Municipality of Rotterdam.

Jones Lang LaSalle and Houthoff Buruma advised SWIP. Loyens & Loeff and CVO acted for Hannover Leasing.
