Hammerson announced on Monday that Christophe Clamageran, managing director of Hammerson France, has resigned from the board with immediate effect. He will be taking up a senior position at a major quoted French real estate company.
Jean-Philippe Mouton will assume Clamageran's responsibilities in France on an interim basis. Mouton is currently director of operations and is responsible for the management of the group's French properties.
Hammerson CEO David Atkins said: 'We thank Christophe for his contribution to the business. We understand that this represents a good career opportunity for him and wish him well for the future.'
