German fund and asset manager Hamburg Trust has reportedly acquired the Forum Hanau shopping centre in the German state of Hesse from Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft (HBB).
German fund and asset manager Hamburg Trust has reportedly acquired the Forum Hanau shopping centre in the German state of Hesse from Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft (HBB).
According to news reports in German papers, the deal is expected to close on 1 January 2017.
Financial details were not disclosd. However, HBB is said to have invested around €200 mln in the development of the inner-city mall, which provides 36,400 m2 of space. Completed in 2015, it is over 95% leased.
The vendor will retain the management of the scheme.
