Habitat Mirador de la Florida will consist of 193 homes and have a buildable area of more than 24,000 m2.

Now on the market, the development is located on Carreño Street, in the west of Oviedo, in the new La Florida neighbourhood.

The neighborhood is located on the slopes of Monte Naranco and has large green areas, schools, health centers, and commercial areas. It is well-connected to the city center by foot, car, and public transport, with the Argañosa train station just 100 meters away.

Julio Moreno, Northern territorial manager of Habitat Inmobiliaria, said: ‘At Habitat Inmobiliaria we continue to meet demand for new-build housing in Oviedo. With this new acquisition, which will mean the development of our third development in the city, we will continue to promote the creation of sustainable, modern and designer homes for nearly 200 Oviedo families.’

This will be the company's third development in Oviedo, following the delivery of Habitat La Florida and the announcement of Habitat Terravista, a €16 mln investment that will add 77 homes to the city's housing stock.

Madrid-based Habitat Immobiliaria currently has over 40 developments and around 4,000 homes on the market in Spain. The company is owned by global investor Bain Capital Credit.
