The co-founders of the firm are Paul Smith (agency), John Olney (investment), David Hanrahan (agency) and Rob Hayes (investment). The members of the seven-strong team have previously dealt with more than 5 million square feet of letting transactions and over £5 bn (EUR 5.6 bn) of investment transactions.
