Polish property developer GTC's Croatian arm said its Avenue Mall shopping centre in Zagreb is now fully leased and will generate EUR 10 mln in annual rental income. The shopping centre is due to open in August of this year. The company said the majority of leases have been signed for a 10-year period.

GTC said the 36,500 m2 property has attracted some of the biggest names in retail fashion, with Inditex opening its first Zara and Bershka stores in Croatia. Other international brands include Marks & Spencer, Esprit, Benetton, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Lacoste, Mango, Pirelli, Top Shop, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Deichmann, Bata, Jack & Jones, and Sephora, GTC said. The Avenue Mall also includes a nine-screen cinema complex and a string of restaurants, cafes and bars.
