Globe Trade Centers has reached agreement on revising covenants in relation to project finance loans totalling EUR 97 mln.
The Warsaw-listed New Europe developer said the successful conclusion of renegotiations with its lenders will result in the reclassification of these liabilities to long term liabilities, which will improve the company's cash flow profile.
