Central and Eastern Europe investor and developer GTC Group has promoted Julita Kubalska to head of leasing retail in Poland. She will be responsible for the commercialisation of Galeria Pólnocna and Galeria Jurajska.

Kubalska is a manager with more than 18 years of experience in the retail and commercial real estate industry, having experience on both the tenant and shopping centre side.

She began her career at Royal Collection, where as brand manager she was responsible for brand acquisition, developing sales and marketing strategies, negotiating contracts and establishing key relationships.

At Fashion House Warsaw, she managed retail sales and supported the development of the brands operating there. At Designer Outlet in Piaseczno, she was responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with business partners and playing an active role in setting the rental strategy.

The new head of leasing retail has been with GTC since 2022, where she worked on the commercialization of retail space in all company buildings, as well as office space in Wroclaw and Kraków.

Kubalska graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), obtaining a master's degree in International Economic Relations, specializing in Marketing and Logistics Management. She also enriched her education at this renowned university with a specialisation in International Business Management.
