CEE-focused property investor and developer GTC has appointed Witold Rafalski as the head of asset management and Marcin Zaskurski as general counsel and head of legal in Poland.

Rafalski has over 20 years of work experience in conducting projects across commercial properties, such as office buildings and shopping centres. He has held managerial and director positions in numerous enterprises, including Vinci Facilities Poland, Kredyt Bank, or NAI Estate Fellows.

Rafalski holds an executive MBA diploma from the French Institute of Management and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology. In his current position, he will lead and expand the asset team at GTC Poland.

He said: 'To join GTC in this important time is a special opportunity. I am looking forward to the new, exciting projects which my team will develop.'

Zaskurski brings 14 years of legal experience to GTC Poland. Throughout his career he worked for, among others, CPI Property Group, overseeing legal advice on real estate acquisitions, sales and development in Poland, and the Neinver Group, where he held the position of regional head of Legal responsible for Poland, Germany, Netherlands and Czech Republic.

Zaskurski graduated the Nicolas Copernicus University in Torun. In his new position, he is responsible for all legal affairs at GTC Poland.
