Spanish property company Sanchez Group has presented its plans for a major Brazilian tourist project during the Lisbon real estate fair SIL. The project consists of 30,000 tourist homes to be built in Natal, in the north-east of Brazil, Sanchez's commercial director Francesc Mora, Sanchez told Spanish news agency EFE.

The project consists of 30,000 tourist homes to be built in Natal, in the north-east of Brazil, Sanchez's commercial director Francesc Mora, Sanchez told Spanish news agency EFE.
Mora said that the project, named Gran Natal Golf, includes five golf courses and eight vacation resorts. It is located along nine kilometres of coast and 32 km away from the main airport in the region.The director added that the company expects to complete the first construction stage in the end of 2009 or the beginning of 2010.
According to an internal Sanchez report, between 45% and 50% of the houses will be sold in Brazil, another 15% in Spain, Portugal and Italy, while the rest will be acquired by German, American or French buyers.
