Grosvenor Europe, part of privately owned international property group Grosvenor, has appointed Simon Evans as director of construction, development and investment management.
Evans will be based in Paris and will help drive Grosvenor’s development and investment strategy in continental Europe.
Prior to joining Grosvenor Europe, he worked in London for Chesterton International, DTZ and Prupim.
In 2005 he joined EC Harris France before relocating to EC Harris (US) Inc in 2010 to set up its North America delivery platform.
Evans returned to Paris in 2014, working for Arcadis Paris in a pan-European role, where he provided consultancy advice to global fund management organisations.
