France's Compagnie Lebon has completed the sale of an office building in the ninth arrondissement of Paris to British privately owned property company Grosvenor for EUR 44 mln. The agreement on the sale was reached at the end of July.
The building, which provides some 3,718 m2 of space and 36 parking spaces, was completely renoved in the end of last year. It was fully leased to Régus Paris in begin 2007. The seller was advised by the notarial firm Cabinet Lacourte Balas et Associés (Maître Jean-Pierre Daniel).
