Griffin Real Estate, a Polish investment manager focused on private equity real estate in CEE, has appointed Tomasz Mrowczyk as senior partner.
Mrowczyk, who has more than 15 years of professional experience in financial markets, will be responsible for the further development of the firm's private equity arm.
Before joining Griffin, Mrowczyk worked at PZU Group, one of the largest financial institutions in Central and Eastern Europe, for 11 years, where he led the private equity, venture capital and private credit businesses.

Mrowczyk started his career in Warsaw with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, working across the M&A and valuation team. He graduated from the University of Economics in Katowice.
He holds CFA and CAIA qualifcations, plus an executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Warsaw University.
