Colliers International represented Bertelsmann as exclusive agent in the sale.
Situated within walking distance of Kabaty metro station, the property was the former headquarters of Swiat Ksiazki, a Bertelsmann book club business that was sold in 2011.
PropertyEU reported on 12 September that Warsaw-based Griffin Group had acquired Hala Koszyki, the historic market hall in the heart of Warsaw, for a restoration and redevelopment project from Irish firm Avestus.
Colliers International represented Avestus in that transaction.
