US-based property investor Greystar has acquired an office scheme in Diemen, the Netherlands, from pan-European investment and asset manager M7 Real Estate.
Financial details were not disclosed.
M7 Real Estate Netherlands said it divested the asset on behalf of M7 Real Estate Investment Partners IV Dutch Propco 2 (M7 EREIP IV Dutch Propco 2).
Known as Campus Offices, the property is located at Dalsteindreef 141-151 and comprises around 3,670 m2 of lettable space with 56 parking spaces.
Greystar already owns and manages OurCampus Amsterdam Diemen, and is currently developing an additional asset, OurDomain Amsterdam Diemen, in the area.
The acquired property is fully leased to tenants including Regus, NSO, Infinity College, Kredietdesk and Careermaker.
M7 EREIP IV Dutch Propco 2 acquired the building in 2017 from Chalet XI.
