Gresham House, the alternative asset manager, has appointed Chris Carter Keall as head of asset management, housing.

He will be responsible for all aspects of property and asset management for the group’s UK housing portfolio.

Most recently head of real estate strategy and chief investment officer at LifeX Aps, a modern residential operator and technology platform, he was previously managing director and head of UK at Oxford Properties Group from 2011 to 2019.

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Carter Keall's experience extends across public and private funds, including debt and equity, investment strategy and asset management across the UK and Europe.

In this newly created role, he will work with Mike Adams, managing director of real estate, and the wider housing team, to drive further growth in the firm’s focus areas: build-to-rent, shared ownership and age-appropriate housing.
