GRESB, the global ESG benchmark for real estate and infrastructure investments, saw the largest ever growth in total numbers in 2022, with 1,820 entities now participating worldwide.
The ESG data benchmark now covers $6.9 trl (€8.7 trl) of GAV across 74 countries.
Significant growth was focused in the Americas (30%) and Europe (16%).
The average GRESB scores increased a point to 74 for the Standing Investments Benchmark and two points to 81 in the Development Benchmark.
