Generali's Pan European real estate fund GREF has acquired an office project in Montreuil, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department of France for an undisclosed sum.

Generali's Pan European real estate fund GREF has acquired an office project in Montreuil, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department of France for an undisclosed sum.

The building will be built via a 50/50 joint venture between Spie Batignolles Immobilier and Bouwfonds Marignan Immobilier and will provide 20,000 m2 of High Quality Environment-certified office space on completion in the second half of 2010.

Bank Natixis is financing this operation, French magazine Business Immo reported. Generali was advised by Lefebure Fonteilles Associés, Jones Day, Baker McKenzie and l’étude Brochet-Dauchez.
