Greenman Poland, an asset manager and developer of retail assets formerly known as Newbridge Poland, has appointed Karol Warzecha as its senior investment manager.

Warzecha will be responsible for supporting and consulting Greenman Poland’s 16-strong team in expanding the portfolio of assets through acquisitions of existing income producing stand-alone discounters and supermarkets, retail parks as well as convenient shopping centres and selectively, with the acquisition of development plots for the same purpose.

In his new role, Warzecha will support the team in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities across Poland and the CEE region, develop investment strategies, conduct market research, and provide advice on the negotiation of transactions.

With more than 13 years of experience in the real estate investment industry, Warzecha brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team. Based in Warsaw he will report to Barbara Wojdelko, CEO of Greenman Poland.

Prior to his appointment, Warzecha held several positions overlooking the area of real estate transactions and property development.
