Specialist real estate and investment fund manager Greenman has appointed Moritz Lind to the role of head of portfolio.
From 1 March he will lead Greenman's portfolio team, based in Berlin, in order to support expansion of the firm's German assets.

Lind has over 12 years’ experience in real estate with a focus on retail real estate. Prior to Greenman, he was with JLL retail asset management and from 2013 until acquisition by JLL in 2016 with Acrest Property Group in Berlin. He has also worked with Savills in Frankfurt and Berlin dealing with transactions and asset management.
