Investment fund manager Gramercy Europe has acquired a 28,000 m2 office and production facility in the Dutch town of Venray for €24.1 mln.

The newbuild property was bought in conjunction with local partner Meijer Realty Partners from developer Inalfa, which has agreed to lease the entire property until 2030.

The deal takes Gramercy’s spending for the week to €84 mln following the purchase of three logistics and industrial assets in Poland and the Netherlands in sale-and-leaseback transactions. All the acquisitions were for the Gramercy Property Europe fund.

Inalfa is the world’s second-largest supplier of roof systems for cars and trucks and is fully-owned by Chinese firm Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts.
