Grainger, the UK-listed residential owner-developer, has appointed Sebastian Cave as joint managing director of its German business.
Grainger, the UK-listed residential owner-developer, has appointed Sebastian Cave as joint managing director of its German business.
The appointment follows the company’s recently announced partnership with global real estate investment firm Heitman to invest in German residential property.
Cave will work alongside Peter Brock and will be based in Grainger's German head office in Frankfurt. Previously, Cave was director of corporate development at Grainger, based in London.
Brock and Cave will be jointly responsible for Grainger's German business.
Grainger owns a portfolio of residential property assets across the UK and Germany worth more than £2 bn (€2.3 bn).
