GPT Halverton has concluded two letting deals in Germany for the multi-let light industrial fund HBI. The pan-European fund and asset management company said a regional logistics company had agreed to take up 5,600 m[sup]2[/sup] of warehouse space at the Louis-Krages-Gelaende property in Bremen. The asset is located 11 km from Bremen's passenger and freight airport.

The asset is located 11 km from Bremen's passenger and freight airport.

GPT Halverton also renewed a 1,500 m2 lease at Gewerbepark Frankfurter Weg in Paderborn. The existing tenant, a wholesale trader for cleaning and industrial hygiene services, agreed to extend its lease for the next five years. The Paderborn property is a commercial park comprising 16 buildings and includes warehousing and office space.

HBI was GPT Halverton' s initial flagship vehicle and targets multi-let light industrial properties in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Sweden. HBI's current portfolio is valued at EUR 823 mln.
