GPT Halverton, on behalf of its fund Benelux Industrial Partnership Dutch, has acquired a mixed complex in the Dutch city of Dordrecht for an undisclosed amount. The fully-let property consists of nine assets for a total 6,900 m[sup]2[/sup] of business space and 2,100 m[sup]2[/sup] of offices as well as a parking lot. The asset was acquired from the real estate fund Altera Vastgoed, which was founded in 2000 to provide pension funds the possibility to indirectly invest on the real estate sector.
