GPT Halverton has concluded an agreement to let a 6,000-m[sup]2[/sup] office building to energy group Essent in the Dutch city of Rosmalen for a 10-year term.
GPT Halverton has concluded an agreement to let a 6,000-m2 office building to energy group Essent in the Dutch city of Rosmalen for a 10-year term.
The property, held by GPT Halverton's Dutch Active Fund (DAF), will become the new head office for the Dutch company from 1 January 2009 when the company will be rebranded as Enexis.
