GPT Halverton has concluded an agreement to let a 6,000-m[sup]2[/sup] office building to energy group Essent in the Dutch city of Rosmalen for a 10-year term.
GPT Halverton has concluded an agreement to let a 6,000-m2 office building to energy group Essent in the Dutch city of Rosmalen for a 10-year term.
The property, held by GPT Halverton's Dutch Active Fund (DAF), will become the new head office for the Dutch company from 1 January 2009 when the company will be rebranded as Enexis.
Local estate agent DTZ Zadelhoff CRES represented Essent.

The properties are predominantly located within the Randstad conurbation (Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht and Rotterdam).
