GPT Halverton has concluded a large letting deal for its multi-let light industrial fund, HBI, in Emmen, the Netherlands. The current tenant, Emsland Starcke Logistics, renewed a lease of 17,101m[sup]2[/sup] of warehouse space for another three years.
GPT Halverton has concluded a large letting deal for its multi-let light industrial fund, HBI, in Emmen, the Netherlands. The current tenant, Emsland Starcke Logistics, renewed a lease of 17,101m2 of warehouse space for another three years.
GPT Halverton said the deal reflected its strategy to employ active asset management initiatives across its managed portfolio of pan-European assets.
HBI was GPT Halverton’s initial flagship vehicle and targets multi-let light industrial properties in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Sweden. HBI's current portfolio is valued at EUR 795 mln.
