European real estate investment manager GPT Halverton has acquired six properties in the Netherlands for a total of EUR 65 mln. The seller is a consortium led by Dutch private investor White Estates Investments.
The industrial assets are earmarked for GPT's Benelux Industrial Partnership (BIP) fund, GPT said in a statement. They are located in the Dutch cities of Amersfoort, Hoofddorp, Rotterdam, and Zoetermeer. The properties provide total space of 95,270 m2 distributed across 88 units and 79 tenants. EuroHypo is financing the transaction.
BIP focuses on investments in multi-tenant industrial assets in the Netherlands and Germany.
