GPT Halverton, a pan-European real estate investment manager, has appointed Joachim Mozoni-Frosconi as the firm's new managing director for Germany. Mozoni-Frosconi has more than 16 years experience in the management of real estate through various senior management positions at major German banks and financial institutions. Prior to joining GPT Halverton, he managed a real estate consultancy firm advising national and international investors on financial strategies for commercial real estate portfolios in Germany with particular expertise in developing and implementing optimal organisational structures and processes.

GPT Halverton has approximately EUR 1 bn of real estate investments in Germany across five funds managed on behalf of institutional investors. Joachim will oversee the German business including GPT Halverton’s three offices in Germany: Frankfurt, Berlin and Düsseldorf.
