Logistics provider ProLogis European Properties has appointed Gordon Keiser as its new chief executive officer, effective June 1, 2008. Keiser, who will be based in London, will replace Robert Watson, who is returning to the United States as ProLogis' Chief Sustainability Officer to head its global sustainability initiative. Chairman Jeffrey H. Schwartz said: 'Gordon has been intimately involved with PEPR since its inception as a private fund in 1999 and has an unusual and extraordinary combination of experience in both the industrial real estate and financial sectors.'

Keiser joined ProLogis in 1995. As former chief financial officer and senior vice president and Treasurer, Keiser has been responsible for ProLogis corporate financial management as well as developing new and maintaining existing relationships with the company's lenders.
