Jolliffe has almost a decade of experience in the residential real estate sector, having previously held roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Savills and NRE UK. Joliffe will be responsible for identifying and acquiring BTR opportunities as Goodstone Living seeks to develop the next generation of residential communities across the UK.

Macquarie Asset Management currently oversees more than £394 bn of assets under management globally and established Goodstone Living in June 2021 to capitalise on the opportunities it saw in the UK’s BTR market.

The specialist real estate platform announced its first deal in July 2021 after it acquired Camp Hill Gardens, a four-acre site in central Birmingham. When completed, Camp Hill Gardens will be home to more than 550 units in the creative quarter of Digbeth and offer over 22,000 sq ft of amenity space to residents including an onsite gym, co-working areas and rooftop terraces.
