Australian property group Goodman has unveiled two new logistics projects in the French city of Lyon for clients NYK Logistics and Hartmann France. The company recently opened an office in Lyon in view of future expansion of its business in the region. The new office is located within the Parc Mail business park which is owned and managed by Goodman in Saint-Priest.
Australian property group Goodman has unveiled two new logistics projects in the French city of Lyon for clients NYK Logistics and Hartmann France. The company recently opened an office in Lyon in view of future expansion of its business in the region. The new office is located within the Parc Mail business park which is owned and managed by Goodman in Saint-Priest.
The group will develop around 50,000 m2 of logistics space for pharmaceuticals firm Hartmann. Delivery is due for the third quarter of 2009. A further 30,000 m2 will be built for logistics group NYK Logistics, Goodman said.
Goodman currently has four major projects in France, such as the Val d’Europe and the Air Park in the Paris region, the Parc Mail in the Lyon region and the Park Valentine Vallée Verte in Marseille. The real estate portfolio managed by Goodman in France totals around 650,000 m2 of logistics space.
