Goodman Group has struck a deal to develop a new 55,000 m2 logistics platform in Lauwin-Planque in Northern France, extending its partnership with French logistics player Log’S.
The agreement will see Log'S increase its warehouse capacity at the Lauwin-Planque Logistics Centre from 30,000 m2 tp 55,000 m2. When it moves into the new facility, Log'S' former 30,000 m2 shed will be occupied by Amazon.

'Once again, the team has presented us with a creative solution that effectively meets our requirements, both in terms of quality and speed of delivery, with the new facility scheduled to open in June 2017. As a result, Log’S will benefit from the larger logistics space we needed while keeping our strategic location at Lauwin Park.'
This project marks the fourth facility to be developed in Lauwin-Planque over a four year timeframe, representing a total of 215,000 m2 of new logistics space.
