Global logistics property specialist Goodman Group has completed the sale of an industrial headquarters building in the English university city of Oxford.

Global logistics property specialist Goodman Group has completed the sale of an industrial headquarters building in the English university city of Oxford.

The 7,500 m2 building on the Oxford Business Park was sold to the Charles Street Buildings Group for £29.1 mln (€34.4 mln).

The Grade A property was developed as a pre-let for energy firm GB Gas Holdings, a subsidiary of Centrica. GB Gas Holdings holds a 17-year lease on the property, which commenced in October 2012 with a tenant’s option to break in 2027.

Strutt and Parker advised Goodman on the sale. Jones Lang LaSalle advised the purchaser.
