Goodman has announced the leasing of 15,163 m[sup]2[/sup] of space within its Dortmund logistics centre in central Germany. The company said it has reached an agreement with the German service provider Hölscher's Pallettenservice for the leasing of three of the four units of its multi-storage facility as from 1 March, 2009.

The company said it has reached an agreement with the German service provider Hölscher's Pallettenservice for the leasing of three of the four units of its multi-storage facility as from 1 March, 2009.
Goodman's Dortmund Logistics Centre has a total surface area of 21,607 m2, offering 19,784 m2 of warehouse space, as well as mezzanine space and first floor offices. Hölscher will use the facility as the German storage and distribution hub for one of its customers, a leading international home products retailer.
Following the leasing deal, Goodman European Logistics Fund's German portfolio, totalling 859,632 m2, is now 99% leased.
Goodman's European Logistics Fund also announced the renewal of a series of lease agreements in Germany totalling 101,026 m2. The fund owns and manages 26 properties in Germany, located in the main logistics hubs.
