The property has been developed for French ecommerce firm Cdiscount, a subsidiary of Groupe Casino.

The asset comprises over 39,000 m2 of logistics space and 56 loading docks, plus a 500 m2 office space. Goodman has also signed a leasing deal with Cdiscount for a 50,000 m2 logistics centre next to the new development.

'With the property solutions provided by Goodman, we are well positioned to increase the scale of our business while efficiently responding to growing customer demand and service requirements. In addition to the quality of the property, the location provides us with quick access to Paris as well as being strategically located to receive and distribute goods across France,' commented Emmanuel Grenier, CEO of Cdiscount.

The new logistics centre is situated nine kilometres from Charles De Gaulle Airport and 30 kilometres from the centre of Paris. ID Logistics will operate as the logistics service provider.

Eric Hémard (CEO ID Logistics), Emmanuel Grenier (CEO CDiscount), Philippe Arfi (Country Manager Goodman France), Daniel Dometz (Mayor of Saint-Mard), Patrick Renaud (President of Roissy Porte de France) and Catherine Dercourt (Partner of RHEA) were present at the centre's opening.
