Goodman Group has announced that its distribution property portfolio in Slovakia is fully leased following the signing of a three-year letting agreement.
Transport and logistics firm GEFCO signed a lease with Goodman for 9,000 m2 distribution facility at Senec Logistics Centre near Bratislava. Goodman was acting on behalf of Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF).
Senec Logistics Centre consists of 45,000 m2 leased buildings with land available to develop an additional 139,000 m2 of modern logistics buildings with unit sizes from 1,500 m2.
