Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF) has signed a 10-year leasing contract for 25,.600 m[sup]2[/sup] of logistics space in the Dutch border town of Venlo. The tenant is a leading clothing producer in Venlo which was seeking to expand its Benelux operations.

Goodman European Logistics Fund (GELF) has signed a 10-year leasing contract for 25,.600 m2 of logistics space in the Dutch border town of Venlo. The tenant is a leading clothing producer in Venlo which was seeking to expand its Benelux operations.

'The agreement offers our tenant a creative solution for cost control and operational advantages at a strategic location in Europe. GELF is one of the biggest European funds specialsed in logistics. Investors benefit from greater diversification, economies of scale and an attractive return profile,' commented Tony D´Addona, portfolio director of Goodman European Logistics Fund.
