Goodman, Europa Capital to build 30,000-m[sup]2[/sup] facility in Kent

Global property group Goodman and real estate investment manager Europa Capital have received outline planning consent to develop 325,000 sq ft (30,000 m2) of industrial space at their 16-acre site in New Hythe near Aylesford, Kent, UK.
