Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is one of Goodman's largest logistics centres in Poland, with target space of 150,000 m2. Construction of the first warehouse began in 2010, and a total of five facilities with aggregate space of over 80,000 m2 have been built since.

The new facility will be handed over at the end of the second quarter of 2016.

'Kraków is an emerging logistics hub, connecting the dynamically developing markets of Western and Eastern Europe. The growth perspectives for the region, our commercialisation successes to date and the fact that customers are increasingly more often looking for turn-key warehouse space convinced us to launch the construction of another speculative warehouse at our logistics centre in Kraków,' said Blazej Ciesielczak, Goodman's regional director for Central and Eastern Europe.

Once the facility is fully operational, it is expected that up to 1,000 people will work there for customers, making it the largest logistics centre in the Lesser Poland region. Other customers currently leasing space at the Kraków Airport Logistics Centre include, Bonito.pl, DB Schenker, DS Smith, Farutex, KMC Services, Logfarma, Royal Canin, RUCH, Valeo Autosystemy and Tajmax.

Kraków Airport Logistics Centre is located in Modliniczka near Kraków, just four kilometres from Kraków-Balice International Airport and is in close proximity to the A4 expressway, linking Kraków and Wroclaw.

The centre is owned by the Goodman European Partnership (GEP) and managed by the Goodman Group.
