Under his tenure, Goodman achieved the status of German market leader in logistics real estate. Since 2011, the German team has signed over 1.1 million m2 of pre-leased new development. New customers during that period include Amazon, Daimler, DB Schenker, Kuehne + Nagel, Volkswagen and Zalando.

The company currently has eight projects under construction across Germany, and a significant pipeline of development and leasing enquiry.
