Goldman Sachs is said to be seeking a sale of Distrito 38, the Barcelona head office of water company Agbar, for over €100 mln.
According to Spanish press reports, the US group is hoping to close the sale before the end of the year.
Goldman Sachs bought the property in 2015 from lender Bankia as part of a larger transaction for a total of €355 mln.
Designed by Japanese architect Arata Isozaki together with Alejandro Zaera-Polo, the complex has been occupied by Agbar for the past three years and provides around 70,000 m2 of space.
