The change of ownership took place on 25 July 2012.
The office building covers a surface area of 4,175 m2 over eight floors.
New Ireland Assurance Company was represented by Jones Day (Jean-Louis Martin, partner, and Quentin Jobard), and STC Partners for the tax aspects (Bertrand Araud and Stéphanie Desprez).
GLL Real Estate Partners GmbH was represented by Gide Loyrette Nouel for the acquisition and financing of said acquisition (Christopher Szostak, partner, Emilie Capron and David Sabatier) and Taj for the tax aspects of the acquisition (Sarvi Keyhani, partner, Pascale Prince).
