The European Property Awards 2012 is part of the prestigious International Property Awards contest, which distinguishes most spectacular real estate projects. The jury is composed of 60 international specialists. The event is organized in cooperation with Yamaha and the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors (RICS). The awards ceremony was held in London's Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on 24 September 2012.
The judging panel announced the winners of European qualifications in a number of real estate categories. Senator received the highest 'Five Star; rating, and also is recognised as the best office building in its category in Europe. Senator's awards were accepted by Jeroen van der Toolen, Ghelamco's managing director CEE, and Jaros³aw Zagórski, commercial and business development director.
The contest's final will take place in December 2012, when the winning projects from all over the world will compete with each other. Senator will face competition from projects from Asia, Europe, Africa, the Americas and the Arab region.
Senator is located at Bielañska Street in the centre of Warsaw. It comprises 25,000 m2 of office space and is 75% leased by tenants such as PKN Orlen, Rabobank, BRE Bank, Euronet and Legg Mason.
