Belgian real estate developer Ghelamco has announced the start of construction for a new development project in Poland, following the sale of its Trinity Park III building to a fund managed by SEB Asset Management earlier this year.

The company has launched the development of Mokotów Nova, a new office project in the Mokotow business district of Warsaw. Designed by Belgian architectural studio Jaspers & Eyers Partners, the scheme will provide around 40,000 m2 of high-quality office space and 1,000 parking spaces. On completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2011, Mokotow Nova will consist of three interconnected buildings ranging from seven to 12 storeys.

Also in Poland, Ghelamco has recently started the construction of Senator, a mixed-use development project located in Warsaw. The complex, offering 25,000 m2 office and retail space as well as 340 parking spaces, is due for delivery in 2012.
