Belgian developer Ghelamco has announced the sale of the Woloska 24 an office building in Warsaw to the Czech investment fund, ZFP realitní Fond, managed by ZFP Investments, in a share deal worth over €60 mln.
Located within the Mokotow district, Woloska 24 was built by Ghelamco in the year 2016 and provides 23,500 m2 of office space as well as 518 parking spaces in an underground car park. The asset is nearly fully let to tenants including Nest Bank, Arval Group, Hyundai and Teleperformance.
