Ghelamco sells Warsaw office scheme to Czech fund for €60m

Belgian developer Ghelamco has announced the sale of the Woloska 24 an office building in Warsaw to the Czech investment fund, ZFP realitní Fond, managed by ZFP Investments, in a share deal worth over €60 mln.
