La Pomme De Pin

Nestled in the heart of Courchevel 1850, the highest village in the world-famous Les 3 Vallées ski area, Hotel La Pomme De Pin has been a beacon of hospitality since 1966. The hotel's convenient ski-in/ski-out access and proximity to top-notch amenities have long attracted a discerning clientele.

Ghelamco acquired the renowned hotel eight years ago. After a period of operation, the company obtained a building permit in June 2021 for the construction of a luxurious new hotel on the same site.

The future Pomme De Pin will redefine luxury hospitality in Courchevel. The ten-story building will encompass a world-class restaurant, a dedicated wellness area, a stylish bar, and a partially covered terrace for year-round enjoyment. The hotel will boast 15 spacious suites, offering a total area of 6,868 m2.

With the sale finalized, the hotel group will assume responsibility for completing construction. A partial opening is slated for mid-2025, with full operation commencing in December 2025, perfectly positioned for the peak winter season.
