UK build-to-rent (BTR) landlord Get Living has launched its latest rental scheme, Victory Plaza, in Stratford, East London, releasing 500 units to the market.
The scheme offers a range of apartment sizes across two towers and a podium in the East Village neighbourhood, E20.
'The launch of Victory Plaza marks a major milestone for East Village, which over the last five years has been hailed as the standard bearer for the build-to-rent sector,' said Neil Young, CEO of Get Living.
'Our mission is to create brilliant resident experiences in big city neighbourhoods and Victory Plaza represents everything we know that makes for great city living. We are excited to see it open as part of East Village’s thriving community.'
The development's ameneties includes a painting studio, a potting room and five landscaped roof garden terraces with views of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
'We look forward to welcoming new residents this summer, as well as independent retailers, especially those who are expanding to Victory Plaza from other spaces in East Village,' added Young.
East Village already comprises some 3,000 apartments and 63 buildings across a 67-acre plot. Get Living said that coupled with its 300-unit Manchester development, the project's launch will take its portfolio to 3,000 operational homes this year.
